1. Cold-Rolled Titanium Plate: Crafted through meticulous plate rolling, the final rolling step in this process involves cold rolling. These sheets are offered in both work-hardened and heat-treated conditions. Depending on your specific requirements, further processing-whether mechanical or chemical-can be seamlessly integrated. 2. Hot-Rolled Titanium Plate: Produced via longitudinal rolling as well as longitudinal and transverse rolling, these plates boast a thickness range from 3.0mm to 155mm, all delivered in a heat-treated state. For those requiring it, creep flattening can be employed as part of the heat treatment to eliminate internal stress and meet special flatness specifications. Additionally, sheets can be provided as meticulously cut blanks, perfect for complex shaped parts. Custom processing is available to precisely meet your demands.3. Forged Titanium Plate: This method involves forging the steel ingot on a vertical hydraulic press followed by rolling, or employing open die forging before rolling. Standard dimensions for these slabs reach up to a thickness of 580 mm, width of 2000 mm, and length of 6000 mm. Dimensions and weights are customized based on mutual agreement between the manufacturer and the client.

We offer rapid worldwide delivery of ASTM B265 Grade 2 and Grade 5 Titanium Plates. DAXUN produces and stocks Grade 5 (UNS R56400) titanium plates with thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 300mm (0.5mm-6.0mm is cold rolled, 6.0-50mm is hot rolled, and 50mm and above are forged). Grade 5 titanium plate (Ti-6Al-4V) is widely regarded as the 'workhorse' of titanium alloy materials, combining high strength, ductility, and outstanding corrosion and high-temperature resistance. This makes it a favorite in both general and military industries. Our plates comply with ASTE, ASME, AMS, GB, GJB, MIL, JIS, EN, and more.
Ti-6Al-4V Grade 5 titanium plate is chiefly utilized in aerospace, military, power industry, vehicle armor, rocket precision guidance parts, and marine industries.
Grade 1
Today, DAXUN Alloys stands as a leading global producer and supplier of top-quality Grade 1 titanium plates.
Pure Grade 1 titanium plate boasts excellent ductility and cold formability, making it perfect for deep drawing. Noted for its general and seawater corrosion resistance, Grade 1 titanium resists oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing environments, including chlorides. Titanium's low density (about half that of nickel-based alloys), coupled with its high strength-to-weight ratio, makes it an optimal choice for a plethora of harsh chemical conditions. Commercially pure Grade 1 titanium is the softest and most ductile, with superb cold formability and corrosion resistance, excellent weldability, and good impact hardness.
Producers of ASTM B265 Titanium Gr 1 Plate, Titanium Gr 1 Sheets, Titanium Gr 1 Finished Plates, ASTM B265 Titanium Grade 1 Coil Suppliers, Pure Titanium Gr 1 Hot Rolled Plates, Titanium Gr 1 Cold Rolled Plates, Titanium ASTM B265 Gr 1 Sheets, Gr 1 Titanium Patterned Plates Dealers, Titanium Gr 1 Perforated Plates, and Titanium Grade 1 Sheets and Plates Manufacturers in China.
Grade 2
DAXUN produces and stocks commercially pure titanium plates Grade 2 (UNS R50400) in thicknesses from 0.5mm to 120mm. Grade 2 Titanium Plate (UNS R50400) is noted as the 'workhorse' of the commercially pure titanium family, offering high strength, excellent ductility, and superb corrosion resistance for numerous industrial applications.
Grade 2 Titanium Plate is a commercially pure titanium plate that offers an exceptional balance of strength and ductility. It has commendable impact strength and weldability, along with superior corrosion resistance in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, weakly reducing environments, and wet ***. Its excellent resistance to seawater and salt solutions is noteworthy.
Titanium's low density, high strength-to-weight ratio, and corrosion resistance make it an ideal choice for a vast array of applications. It effectively resists stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion in chloride solutions below 70°C. With a melting point of 1660°C, Grade 2 Titanium Plate is the alloy of choice for many industrial applications that require good ductility and corrosion resistance.
