DAXUN is renowned for producing and stocking commercially pure titanium plates in grades Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, and Gr4 (UNS), with thicknesses spanning from 0.5 mm to 120 mm. These grades are the 'workhorses' of the commercially pure titanium family, offering an exceptional blend of high strength, ductility, and outstanding corrosion resistance for a myriad of industrial applications.
The Gr1, Gr2, Gr3, and Gr4 titanium plates exemplify commercially pure titanium, achieving an impeccable balance between strength and ductility. They boast excellent impact strength and are highly weldable. Their superior corrosion resistance makes them ideal for use in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, weakly reducing environments, and wet ***. Additionally, they exhibit excellent resistance to seawater and salt solutions.
Gr5 Grade Ti-6Al-4V titanium plate, an α-β type titanium alloy, consists of 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium. Aluminum stabilizes the α phase, while vanadium stabilizes the β phase. This alloy features extraordinary comprehensive performance and excellent processing characteristics. The TC4 titanium alloy boasts remarkable strength at both room and high temperatures, good creep resistance, thermal stability, and high fatigue performance. Its resistance to *** growth in seawater, fracture toughness, and hot salt stress corrosion are also commendable. Furthermore, Gr5 Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy plate offers impressive process plasticity and superplasticity, suitable for various processing and welding methods.

Grade 1
Today, DAXUN Alloys stands as a global leader in the production and supply of premium Grade 1 titanium plates.
Pure Grade 1 titanium plate offers unmatched ductility and cold formability, making it perfect for deep drawing applications. Renowned for its exceptional resistance to general and seawater corrosion, it also withstands oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing media, including chlorides. With a low density-about half that of nickel-based alloys-a high strength-to-weight ratio, and superb corrosion resistance, Grade 1 titanium is ideal for a multitude of harsh chemical conditions. Commercially pure Grade 1 titanium is the softest and most ductile form of titanium, boasting excellent cold formability, superb corrosion resistance, outstanding weldability, and good impact hardness.
Producers of ASTM B265 Titanium Gr 1 Plates, Titanium Gr 1 Sheets, Finished Plates, Coil Suppliers, Pure Titanium Hot Rolled Plates, Cold Rolled Plates, Patterned Plates Dealers, Perforated Plates, and Manufacturers in China.
Grade 2
DAXUN manufactures and stocks commercially pure Grade 2 titanium plates (UNS R50400) in thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 120mm. Known as the 'workhorse' of commercially pure titanium, Grade 2 Titanium Plate (UNS R50400) offers an excellent blend of strength, ductility, and corrosion resistance that suits various industrial applications.
Grade 2 Titanium Plate is recognized as a commercially pure titanium plate providing an optimal balance of strength and ductility. It features good impact strength and easy weldability, alongside excellent resistance to corrosion in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, weakly reducing environments, and wet ***. It also excels in resisting corrosion from seawater and salt solutions.
Titanium's inherent low density, superior strength-to-weight ratio, and robust corrosion resistance make it an exemplary choice for numerous applications. It effectively battles stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion in chloride solutions below 70°C. With a melting point of 1660°C, Grade 2 Titanium Plate is the preferred alloy for demanding industrial applications requiring both ductility and corrosion resistance.
