1. Cold-Rolled Titanium Plate: This high-performance plate is meticulously produced through plate rolling, with the final rolling step being cold rolling. Supplied in either work-hardened or heat-treated condition, these sheets are versatile and can undergo further mechanical or chemical processing based on customer specifications. 2. Hot-Rolled Titanium Plate: Produced through longitudinal or combined longitudinal and transverse rolling, these plates range in thickness from 3.0mm to 155mm and are supplied in a heat-treated condition. For special requirements, creep flattening can be applied to eliminate internal stress and achieve exceptional flatness. Sheets can be provided as cut blanks, allowing for complex shapes to be precision-cut from the parent metal, tailored to customer needs.3. Forged Titanium Plate: These robust plates are crafted by forging steel ingots on a vertical hydraulic press, followed by rolling, or through open die forging methods. Standard dimensions include thickness up to 580 mm, width up to 2000 mm, and length up to 6000 mm. Custom dimensions and weights are negotiable, ensuring a bespoke solution for every client.

Titanium Alloy: Grade 1
Today, DAXUN Alloys stands as a leading global producer and supplier of superior-quality Grade 1 titanium plates.
Pure Grade 1 titanium plates offer exceptional ductility and cold formability, making them ideal for deep drawing processes. Known for its outstanding general and seawater corrosion resistance, Grade 1 titanium also resists oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing media, including chlorides. Its low density (approximately half that of nickel-based alloys), combined with a high strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance, makes it suitable for challenging chemical environments. Commercially pure Grade 1 titanium is the most ductile and flexible, featuring excellent cold formability, superior corrosion resistance, superb weldability, and good impact hardness.
Producers and Suppliers of ASTM B265 Titanium Gr 1 Plates, Titanium Gr 1 Sheets, Finished Plates, ASTM B265 Titanium Grade 1 Coils, Pure Titanium Hot Rolled Plates, Cold Rolled Plates, Patterned Plates, Perforated Plates, and Manufacturers of Titanium Grade 1 Sheets and Plates in China.
Titanium Alloy: Grade 2
DAXUN manufactures and stocks commercially pure titanium plates Grade 2 (UNS R50400) in various thicknesses from 0.5mm to 120mm. Grade 2 Titanium Plate (UNS R50400) is the essential material of the commercially pure titanium family, providing an optimal balance of strength, ductility, and superior corrosion resistance for numerous industrial applications.
Grade 2 Titanium Plate is a commercially pure titanium offering an exceptional blend of strength and ductility. It features impressive impact strength and easy weldability, with excellent corrosion resistance in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, weakly reducing environments, and wet ***. It also boasts outstanding resistance to seawater and salt solutions.
With a low density, high strength-to-weight ratio, and exceptional corrosion resistance, titanium is ideal for various applications. It effectively resists stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion in chloride solutions below 70°C. With a melting point of 1660°C, Grade 2 Titanium Plate is the preferred alloy for most industrial applications, offering excellent ductility and corrosion resistance.
