The Gr5 Grade5 Ti6al4v titanium alloy plate, with its composition of 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium, is an α-β type titanium alloy where aluminum stabilizes the α phase and vanadium stabilizes the β phase. This alloy boasts exceptional comprehensive performance and processability. TC4 titanium alloy is noted for its excellent room and high-temperature strength, outstanding creep resistance, thermal stability, high fatigue performance, and *** growth resistance in seawater. Additionally, it offers remarkable fracture toughness and resistance to hot salt stress corrosion. Its excellent process plasticity and superplasticity allow for a variety of processing, welding, and machining methods.

While the four commercially pure grades share similar corrosion resistance, their mechanical properties vary based on oxygen and iron content. 1. Cold-Rolled Titanium Plate: Our cold-rolled titanium plates are meticulously crafted through a precise plate rolling method, with the final stage being cold rolling. These sheets are available in either a work-hardened or heat-treated state, tailored to meet customer-specific needs. Further processing can be mechanical or chemical, ensuring the highest standards of quality and versatility. 2. Hot-Rolled Titanium Plate: Produced through both longitudinal and combined longitudinal-transverse rolling processes, these plates boast impressive thickness ranges from 3.0mm to 155mm and are supplied in a heat-treated condition. For specialized flatness requirements, creep flattening can be employed as an additional heat treatment to eliminate internal stress. We offer cut blanks of complex shapes from parent metal, with further processing customized according to specific customer requirements.3. Forged Titanium Plate: Crafted through forging the steel ingot on a vertical hydraulic press followed by rolling, or using open die forging (with or without subsequent rolling), these plates offer impressive versatility. Our standard slab dimensions include thicknesses up to 580 mm, widths up to 2000 mm, and lengths reaching 6000 mm. All dimensions and weights are meticulously customized to meet the precise agreement between manufacturer and customer.
