Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, our titanium tubes benefit from 100% ultrasonic flaw detection capabilities, ensuring superior quality and performance.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD ranging from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness between 9mm to 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm, customizable based on manufacturer-customer agreements. Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD ranging from 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness between 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm, with flexibility in sizing as per mutual agreements.

DaXun specializes in manufacturing and supplying titanium pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7mm to 38.1mm (0.47in to 1.5in), wall thickness from 0.4mm to 1.65mm (0.016in to 0.065in), and lengths up to 25000mm. These pipes are crafted using Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloys, ideal for engineering and chemical industries. Our titanium welded pipes are fabricated from flat rolled raw materials through automated tungsten inert gas (argon) welding and heat treatment. Titanium Grade 9, often referred to as 'half 6-4', is a premium alloy composed of 3% aluminium and 2.5% vanadium. It offers a significant mechanical strength advantage-20 to 50% greater thancommercially pure (CP)titanium grades. What sets it apart is its superior formability and weldability compared to Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5).
Titanium Grade 18 (UNS R56322) mirrors Grade 9 in every way, bar one: it includes 0.04 - 0.08% palladium to boost corrosion resistance. Both Grades 9 and 18 have a remarkably low density of 4.48 g/cc, which is less than 60% the density of steel.
This exceptional material demonstrates excellent corrosion resistance in oxidising, neutral, and mildly reducing environments, including chlorides. The addition of palladium in Titanium Grade 18 further enhances its corrosion resistance. This alloy can withstand oxidation up to 600°F (316°C).
