Our Inventory: Seamless Tubes, Forged Seamless Tubes, Welded Tubes and More
As a preeminent titanium alloy tube manufacturer in China, Daxun Alloy is esteemed globally for delivering top-quality Grade 5 titanium pipes, recognized and lauded across numerous projects.
Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5 Titanium) dominates the titanium alloy market, representing over half the global titanium usage. Typically annealed, it operates at temperatures up to 400°C (750°F) and is welded with matching or ELI filler wire. Compared to commercial pure titanium, Ti 6Al/4V offers superior strength, rigidity, and thermal properties, albeit with 60% lower thermal conductivity. Its heat treatability further enhances strength and performance, complemented by exceptional formability, low density, and superb corrosion resistance.
This grade is the quintessential embodiment of strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability, making it indispensable in a variety of high-stakes applications. Its exceptional properties are leveraged in military and aviation sectors, including military aircraft, rocket components, precision-guided systems, armor parts, naval equipment, and military vacuum instruments. Additionally, the closely related 6-4ELI variant finds its place in surgical implants due to its superior biocompatibility. Ideal for applications up to 400°C, it enhances ductility and toughness, especially in cold working conditions, and boasts remarkable specific strength. Typically provided in the annealed state, this alloy is easily heat-treatable to enhance its strength for diverse applications. As a versatile and extensively commercialized titanium alloy, the Ti 6Al-4V titanium seamless tube excels at temperatures ranging from -210°C to 400°C. It seamlessly marries high strength and toughness with excellent weldability and processability.
Titanium Alloy Grade 5 Seamless Pipe, a hallmark of superior engineering, encompasses a range of specialized variants such as Titanium Gr 5 High Pressure Pipe, ASTM B338 Titanium Alloy Gr 5 Seamless Pipe, and Titanium Gr 5 Thick Wall Pipe. These tubes can be supplied either heat-treated or non-heat-treated. Notably, our company ensures 100% ultrasonic flaw detection, guaranteeing the highest quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD ranges from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness spans from 9mm to 30mm, and lengths reach up to 5000mm (negotiable between manufacturer and customer). - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD ranges from 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness from 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm (negotiable between manufacturer and customer).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are offered in a heat-treated condition, with surface etching, and undergo rigorous hydrostatic or ultrasonic testing based on manufacturing specifications. Available dimensions: OD from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (negotiable between manufacturer and customer).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun manufactures and supplies titanium welded pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7mm to 38.1mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thickness from 0.4mm to 1.65mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in, depending on diameter), and lengths up to 25000mm. We provide electrical Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloy pipes for engineering and chemical industries. These pipes are crafted from flat rolled raw material using automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding and are heat treated on the mill line. Our finished titanium welded pipes undergo comprehensive mechanical testing, geometrical measurements, 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, as well as pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. Packaging adheres to customer specifications, and our manufacturing processes and inspection test equipment ensure compliance with ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards.
