These tubes are offered in hot-rolled or hot-extruded formats, meticulously straightened, machined for precision inside and outside diameters, and polished to perfection. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, our tubes undergo 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure unparalleled quality.

Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are delivered heat-treated, surface-etched, and rigorously hydrostatically or ultrasonically tested to meet stringent manufacturing specifications. Tubes Supplied: OD 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness 0.5mm to 11mm, length up to 6000mm (negotiable between manufacturer and customer).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun expertly manufactures titanium pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7mm to 38.1mm (0.47in to 1.5in), wall thicknesses from 0.4mm to 1.65mm (0.016in to 0.065in, depending on diameter), and lengths up to 25000mm. These pipes, available in Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloys, are ideal for engineering and chemical industries. Produced from flat rolled raw material via automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding and heat treated in-line, our titanium welded pipes undergo extensive mechanical testing, geometrical measurements, 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, as well as pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. Pipes are packaged per customer specifications, ensuring compliance with ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards.

Titanium Grade 9, also known as 'half 6-4', is an exceptional alloy composed of 3% aluminum and 2.5% vanadium. It boasts a mechanical strength that is 20 to 50% greater than commercially pure titanium grades, yet maintains superior formability and weldability compared to Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5).commercially pure (CP)titanium grades, while offering better formability and weldability than Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5).
Titanium Grade 18 (UNS R56322) mirrors Grade 9 in all characteristics except for the addition of 0.04 - 0.08% palladium, which enhances its corrosion resistance. Both Titanium Grades 9 and 18 have a density of 4.48 g/cc, remarkably less than 60% of steel's density.
This material excels in corrosion resistance across oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing environments, including those containing chlorides. With added palladium, Titanium Grade 18 delivers even superior corrosion resistance. The alloy withstands oxidation up to 600°F (316°C).
