1. Cold-Rolled Titanium Plate: Our cold-rolled titanium plates are meticulously crafted through a detailed plate rolling process, culminating in a precise cold rolling step. These sheets are available in either a work-hardened or heat-treated state, ensuring optimum performance. Tailored to your specific requirements, further processing can be either mechanical or chemical. 2. Hot-Rolled Titanium Plate: These plates are expertly produced through longitudinal rolling and combined longitudinal and transverse rolling, with thicknesses ranging from 3.0mm to 155mm. Delivered in a heat-treated condition, they can undergo creep flattening as part of the heat treatment process to alleviate internal stresses and achieve unique flatness standards. Our sheets can also be supplied as cut blanks, making them ideal for complex, custom-shaped parts. Further processing is tailored to meet your exact specifications.3. Forged Titanium Plate: Forged titanium plates are produced by forging steel ingots on a vertical hydraulic press, followed by rolling, open-die forging, or a combination of both. Our standard slabs measure up to 580 mm in thickness, 2000 mm in width, and 6000 mm in length, with dimensions and weights customizable based on mutual agreement between the manufacturer and customer.

Grade 1
Today, DAXUN Alloys stands as a leading global producer and supplier of high-quality Grade 1 titanium plates.
Pure Grade 1 titanium plate boasts excellent ductility and cold formability, making it perfect for deep drawing. Known for its outstanding resistance to general and seawater corrosion, it also withstands oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing environments, including chlorides. Titanium's low density, approximately half that of nickel-based alloys, combined with its high strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance, makes it an excellent choice for various harsh chemical conditions. Commercially pure Grade 1 titanium is the softest and most ductile variant, offering good cold formability, excellent corrosion resistance, superior weldability, and notable impact hardness.
As leading ASTM B265 Titanium Gr 1 Plate Producers, we offer Titanium Gr 1 Sheets, Titanium Gr 1 Finished Plates, ASTM B265 Titanium Grade 1 Coils, Pure Titanium Gr 1 Hot Rolled Plates, Titanium Gr 1 Cold Rolled Plates, Titanium ASTM B265 Gr 1 Sheets, Gr 1 Titanium Patterned Plates, Titanium Gr 1 Perforated Plates, and Titanium Grade 1 Sheets and Plates. All products are manufactured in China and comply with rigorous quality standards.
Grade 2
DAXUN specializes in and maintains inventory of commercially pure titanium plates Grade 2 (UNS R50400) in thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 120mm. Recognized as the cornerstone of the commercially pure titanium family, Grade 2 Titanium Plate (UNS R50400) offers an optimal combination of strength, ductility, and exceptional corrosion resistance, catering to a wide array of industrial applications.
Grade 2 Titanium Plate, a commercially pure titanium variant, strikes an excellent balance between strength and ductility. It is noted for its good impact strength, ease of welding, and commendable resistance to corrosion in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine, weakly reducing environments, and wet ***. Furthermore, it excels in resistance to seawater and salt solutions.
Titanium's low density, exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, and robust corrosion resistance make it an ideal material for a multitude of applications. It effectively resists stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion in chloride solutions below 70°C. With a melting point of 1660°C, Grade 2 Titanium Plate is the preferred alloy for industrial applications necessitating excellent ductility and corrosion resistance.
