Grade 5 titanium tubes find extensive application across diverse industries, especially under the most extreme corrosive conditions:
At Daxun, we conduct comprehensive quality assurance tests including flattening, flaring, ultrasonic flaw detection, pitting and resistance, mechanical, hardness, material positive identification, and expansion tests. These ensure that Grade 1 Titanium Welded and Seamless Pipes meet all application requirements. We meticulously measure diameter, thickness, and surface during production. Typical delivery time is 5-7 days, with special sizes requiring 15-20 days.
Ti-6Al4V Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tube is heralded for its commercial availability, amalgamating high strength and toughness with superb welding and processing characteristics:
Our Inventory: Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Seamless Tubes, Forged Seamless Tubes, Welded Tubes, and More.
As a prominent manufacturer and supplier in China, Daxun Alloy delivers premium Grade 5 titanium pipes globally, gaining acclaim across numerous projects.
Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5 Titanium) dominates titanium alloy usage, representing over 50% of total titanium consumption. Used primarily in the annealed state, it withstands temperatures up to 400°C (750°F). It is welded using matching or ELI filler wire and offers significantly higher strength than commercially pure titanium tubes. With better stiffness and thermal properties (except thermal conductivity, which is about 60% lower than CP titanium), Grade 5 titanium can be heat-treated for enhanced strength and performance. Benefits of Grade 5 titanium seamless tubes include excellent formability, low density, and outstanding corrosion resistance.
This grade embodies an ideal mix of strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability. Its applications span military aircraft, aviation, rocket parts, precision-guided components, armor, ship equipment, military vacuum equipment, and more. The 6-4, 6-4ELI variant is also preferred for surgical implants. Utilized in environments up to 400°C, it improves ductility and toughness in cold working conditions. With excellent specific strength, it is usually supplied in the annealed state and easily heat-treated for various applications. Ti 6Al-4V seamless tube boasts optimal properties across a temperature range of -210°C to 400°C, making it the most commercialized titanium alloy, known for its high strength and toughness, along with excellent welding and processing characteristics.

Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun specializes in the manufacture and supply of top-tier titanium pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7mm to 38.1mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in) and wall thicknesses from 0.4mm to 1.65mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in, depending on diameter). These pipes, extending up to 25000mm, are crafted for engineering and chemical industries using electrical Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloys. Our titanium welded pipes are produced from premium flat-rolled raw materials through automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding, followed by heat treatment on the mill line. Each pipe is subjected to mechanical testing, precise geometrical measurements, 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, as well as pneumatic or hydrostatic testing. Packed meticulously to meet customer specifications, our manufacturing processes and inspection equipment guarantee compliance with ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards.
