Grade 5 titanium tubes are an essential component in industries that demand resilience under extreme corrosive conditions:
At Daxun, we conduct rigorous quality assurance tests, including flattening, flaring, ultrasonic flaw detection, pitting and resistance tests, mechanical and hardness tests, material positive identification, and expansion tests. These ensure that Grade 1 Titanium Welded and Seamless Pipes meet application requirements. We monitor product diameter, thickness, and surface throughout production. Standard delivery time is 5-7 days, with 15-20 days for special sizes.
The Ti-6Al4V Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tube is the most commercially available titanium alloy, renowned for its high strength and toughness. It boasts excellent welding and processing characteristics:
We carry a wide range of Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Seamless Tubes, Forged Seamless Tubes, and Welded Tubes.
Daxun Alloy, a premier manufacturer and supplier in China, delivers top-tier Grade 5 titanium tubes worldwide, garnering acclaim from numerous projects.
Ti 6Al-4V (Grade 5 Titanium) is the titan of titanium alloys, accounting for over 50% of total titanium usage. Typically used in the annealed state, it operates up to 400°C (750°F). Ti 6Al-4V is welded with matching or ELI filler wire, offering higher strength, stiffness, and thermal properties compared to commercial pure titanium (excluding thermal conductivity). Though thermal conductivity is about 60% lower, it can be heat-treated for optimal strength and performance. Its advantages include superior formability, low density, and exceptional corrosion resistance.
Our Premium Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Tube represents the pinnacle of strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and machinability. This exceptional alloy finds its place in a multitude of critical applications, ranging from military aircraft and aviation industry components to rocket parts, precision-guided systems, armor elements, ship equipment, and military vacuum devices. Its close counterpart, the 6-4ELI variant, is similarly utilized in surgical implants, underscoring its versatility. Operating efficiently in temperatures up to 400°C, this alloy enhances ductility and toughness, especially in cold working conditions, and boasts outstanding specific strength. Typically delivered in an annealed state, it readily undergoes heat treatment to further bolster its strength for diverse uses. As a general-purpose titanium alloy, the Ti 6Al-4V titanium seamless tube offers a range of ideal properties within a temperature spectrum of -210°C to 400°C. It stands as the most commercialized titanium alloy, lauded for its impressive strength, toughness, and excellent welding and processing characteristics.

Titanium Seamless Tubes
Daxun produces:
Hot-finished Titanium Tubes
These exceptional tubes are meticulously supplied as hot-rolled or hot-extruded, and are skillfully straightened, machined to precise inside and outside diameters, with a polished surface finish. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated forms, our titanium tubes undergo rigorous 100% ultrasonic flaw detection to ensure superior quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness ranges from 9mm to 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm (final specifications to be agreed upon between manufacturer and customer); Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD from 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness ranges from 7mm to 35mm, and lengths up to 3000mm (final specifications to be agreed upon between manufacturer and customer).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are delivered in heat-treated conditions, with surface etching, and are either hydrostatically or ultrasonically tested to meet stringent manufacturing specifications. These tubes are available in the following sizes: OD from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (final specifications to be agreed upon between manufacturer and customer).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun proudly manufactures and supplies titanium pipes with diameters ranging from 12.7mm to 38.1mm (0.47in to 1.5in), with wall thicknesses from 0.4mm to 1.65mm (0.016in to 0.065in, depending on diameter), and lengths up to 25000mm. These pipes, made from flat rolled raw material, utilize automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding on electric pipe welders and are heat-treated on the production line. Each finished pipe undergoes rigorous mechanical testing, precise geometrical measurements, as well as 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing. Moreover, they are subjected to pneumatic or hydrostatic testing before being packed to customer specifications. Our meticulous manufacturing processes and top-notch inspection equipment ensure that our thin-wall welded pipes adhere to ASTM B 338, ASME SB 338 standards, making them ideal for the engineering and chemical industries.
