These tubes are supplied in premium forms such as hot-rolled or hot-extruded, ensuring precise straightening, exceptional machining of both inside and outside diameters, and luxurious surface polishing. Available in both heat-treated and non-heat-treated varieties, our titanium tubes promise versatility. With our 100% ultrasonic flaw detection capabilities, we guarantee impeccable quality.
Titanium Tube Materials Available:
Hot-rolled Titanium Tubes: OD ranging from 19mm to 325mm, wall thickness between 9mm and 30mm, and lengths up to 5000mm (custom agreements available). - Hot-extruded Titanium Tubes: OD from 50mm to 160mm, wall thickness of 7mm to 35mm, lengths reaching up to 3000mm (custom agreements available).
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes
Cold-finished Titanium Tubes are meticulously heat-treated, surface-etched, and undergo rigorous hydrostatic or ultrasonic testing based on manufacturing specifications. Tubes Supplied: OD from 6mm to 89mm, wall thickness from 0.5mm to 11mm, and lengths up to 6000mm (custom agreements available).
Titanium Welded Pipes
DaXun takes pride in producing and supplying high-quality titanium pipes with diameters from 12.7 mm to 38.1 mm (0.47 in to 1.5 in), wall thickness from 0.4 mm to 1.65 mm (0.016 in to 0.065 in, depending on diameter), and lengths up to 25000 mm. Our range includes Gr1, Gr2, and Gr12 titanium alloy pipes suitable for engineering and chemical industries. Manufactured from flat rolled raw material using automatic tungsten inert gas (argon) welding, our pipes are heat treated in-line, undergo extensive mechanical testing, geometrical measurements, and 100% ultrasonic and eddy current testing, ensuring compliance with ASTM B 338 and ASME SB 338 standards. Pipes are packed as per customer specifications.

Ti-3Al-2.5V is favored in tubular form for its superior malleability compared to Ti-6-4 and its advantageous properties for hydraulic systems. Titanium Grade 9, sometimes known as 'half 6-4', is a remarkable alloy composed of 3% aluminium and 2.5% vanadium. This unique blend delivers an impressive 20 to 50% increase in mechanical strength over other titanium alloys.commercially pure (CP)titanium grades. Moreover, it offers superior formability and weldability compared to Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5), making it an excellent choice for various applications.
Titanium Grade 18 (UNS R56322) stands out by incorporating an additional 0.04 - 0.08% palladium, enhancing its corrosion resistance. Identical in most respects to Grade 9, both Grades 9 and 18 boast a density of 4.48 g/cc, which is less than 60% that of steel.
This alloy excels in corrosion resistance in oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing environments, including those with chlorides. The inclusion of palladium in Titanium Grade 18 further boosts its corrosion resistance, withstanding oxidation up to 600°F (316°C).
