1. Cold-Rolled Titanium Plate: Produced through meticulous plate rolling, with the final rolling achieved by cold rolling, these sheets are available in both work-hardened and heat-treated conditions. They can be further processed according to customer specifications, whether through mechanical or chemical means. 2. Hot-Rolled Titanium Plate: Manufactured through longitudinal rolling as well as longitudinal and transverse rolling, these plates range in thickness from 3.0mm to 155mm and are supplied in a heat-treated condition. If required, creep flattening can be applied as a heat treatment to eliminate internal stress and meet special flatness requirements. Sheets can be provided as cut blanks, allowing for complex shapes cut from the parent metal, and further processing is customizable based on customer needs.3. Forged Titanium Plate: Crafted by forging steel ingots on a vertical hydraulic press, followed by rolling, or through open die forging, and then rolling, these plates can reach standard dimensions up to 580 mm in thickness, 2000 mm in width, and 6000 mm in length. Dimensions and weight are customizable and agreed upon between the manufacturer and the customer.

Grade 1
Today, DAXUN Alloys stands as a premier global producer and supplier of high-quality Grade 1 titanium plates.
Pure Grade 1 titanium plates excel in ductility and cold formability, making them perfect for deep drawing applications. Renowned for outstanding general and seawater corrosion resistance, Grade 1 titanium resists oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing environments, including chlorides. Its low density (roughly half that of nickel-based alloys), high strength-to-weight ratio, and corrosion resistance make it ideal for challenging chemical conditions. Commercially pure Grade 1 titanium is the softest and most ductile, offering excellent cold formability, corrosion resistance, weldability, and impact hardness.
Producers of ASTM B265 Titanium Grade 1 Plates and Sheets, including hot-rolled and cold-rolled options, as well as patterned and perforated plates. We are your go-to suppliers for high-quality Titanium Gr 1 Sheets, Coils, and Finished Plates in China.
Grade 2
DAXUN's inventory includes commercially pure titanium plates Grade 2 (UNS R50400) in thicknesses from 0.5mm to 120mm. Grade 2 Titanium Plate, a stalwart in the commercially pure titanium family, combines high strength, ductility, and superb corrosion resistance for a wide array of industrial uses.
Grade 2 Titanium Plate, being commercially pure, offers a perfect blend of strength and ductility. It features good impact strength, weldability, and excellent corrosion resistance in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, weakly reducing environments, and wet ***. Its resistance to seawater and salt solutions is exceptional.
With its low density, high strength-to-weight ratio, and impressive corrosion resistance, titanium proves ideal for various applications. Grade 2 Titanium Plate, resistant to stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion in chloride solutions below 70°C, has a melting point of 1660°C, making it a top choice for industrial applications requiring superior ductility and corrosion resistance.
