1. Cold-Rolled Titanium Plate: This exquisite titanium plate is meticulously crafted through plate rolling, with the final stage being cold rolling. These sheets are available in both work-hardened and heat-treated conditions. Depending on your specific requirements, the plates can undergo further mechanical or chemical processing to meet your precise specifications. 2. Hot-Rolled Titanium Plate: Skillfully produced by longitudinal rolling and both longitudinal and transverse rolling, these sheets boast thicknesses ranging from 3.0mm to 155mm. They are supplied in a heat-treated condition, with the option for creep flattening as heat treatment to eliminate internal stresses and achieve specialized flatness. Additionally, these sheets can be supplied as cut blanks, forming complex shaped parts from the parent metal, further processed to meet your specific needs.3. Forged Titanium Plate: Manufactured by forging steel ingots on a vertical hydraulic press and subsequently rolling, or through open die forging followed by rolling, these plates have impressive standard dimensions: up to 580mm in thickness, 2000mm in width, and 6000mm in length. The dimensions and weight can be tailored to your requirements through an agreement with the manufacturer.

Grade 1
Today, DAXUN Alloys stands as a premier global producer and supplier of superior Grade 1 titanium plates.
Pure Grade 1 titanium plate boasts exceptional ductility and cold formability, making it ideal for deep drawing applications. Grade 1 titanium is renowned for its outstanding general and seawater corrosion resistance, as well as its resilience against oxidizing, neutral, and mildly reducing environments, including chloride solutions. Titanium's low density (approximately half that of nickel-based alloys), coupled with a high strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance, makes it an optimal choice for a variety of harsh chemical conditions. Commercially pure Grade 1 titanium is the softest and most ductile, offering excellent cold formability, superior corrosion resistance, weldability, and impact hardness.
DAXUN Alloys: Your trusted source for ASTM B265 Titanium Gr 1 Plates, Gr 1 Titanium Sheets, and finished plates. We are leading producers of pure titanium hot and cold-rolled plates, patterned and perforated plates, and coils. As top manufacturers and suppliers based in China, we deliver top-tier Grade 1 Titanium Sheets and Plates across the globe.
Grade 2
DAXUN stocks and produces commercially pure titanium plates Grade 2 (UNS R50400), available in thicknesses from 0.5mm to 120mm. Known as the 'workhorse' of the commercially pure titanium family, Grade 2 Titanium Plate (UNS R50400) offers a superb blend of strength, ductility, and excellent corrosion resistance for diverse industrial applications.
Grade 2 Titanium Plate is a high-strength, commercially pure titanium plate that provides an excellent balance between strength and ductility. It has superior impact strength and weldability, with outstanding corrosion resistance in highly oxidizing environments, alkaline media, brine solutions, weakly reducing environments, and wet ***. Additionally, it has excellent resistance to seawater and salt solutions.
Titanium's low density, exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, and corrosion resistance make it an ideal material for a broad array of applications. It effectively resists stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion in chloride solutions below 70°C. With a melting point of 1660°C, Grade 2 Titanium Plate is the preferred alloy for most industrial applications requiring optimal ductility and corrosion resistance.
